Census 2010 Population Profiles...

Following the 2010 Census, the Census Bureau issued a series of reports, 2010 Census Briefs, on various populations and topics. The reports presented here, are part of an ongoing effort by the Nevada State Demographer’s Office, to provide state level supplements to the national profiles.

Nevada’s Asian Population Profile...

This report details the growth of Nevada’s Asian population from Census 2000 to Census 2010. The first topic presented here is the concentration and number of Asians in each Nevada county, followed by the growth of the population in each county. Then the composition of the multi-racial Asian population is detailed. Finally, the Asian population is separated into ethnic and national origin groups. The growth rates of the most prevalent groups in Nevada are presented. For each topic, data is presented for the Asian alone, Asian in combination with another race, and Asian alone or in combination populations.   Nevada’s Asian Population: 2010

Nevada’s Hispanic Population Profile...

This report details Nevada’s Hispanic population by origin group. The absolute increase in population count from Census 2000 to Census 2010, growth rate, and population share of the Hispanic population is reported for origin groups with at least 100 members. Then counts of the overall Hispanic population are reported by county. Population share, absolute growth, and percentage increase, of the overall population is reported for each county, and compared to national and regional averages. Finally, the Hispanic population is detailed by race in each county.   Nevada’s Hispanic Population: 2010
